Our Campus

Our campus consists of three separate buildings. The largest of which can be found at 1400 E. Irving Park Road. This is where we operate our Inpatient Hospitalization Program for Children, Adolescents, and Adults.

To the west of our inpatient hospitalization building is the John Costigan Center, which is where we provide our Partial Hospitalization Program and Innovations Academy. The address of this building is 1360 E. Irving Park Road.

The last building of our campus can be found next to our John Costigan Center. The third building is our Outpatient Services building at 1324 E. Irving Park Road. This is where we conduct our individual and group therapy sessions.
